21-day Mobility Program
Petra created this program to help students learn to enhance their practice through understanding and new tools, right from home. This 21-day challenge will help you build overall mobility, strength and tone.
Petra’s classes are included with a subscription to the Create Power Yoga Virtual Studio. She has recorded classes ranging from 20-minute to 60-minute sessions. Her classes include whole-body work as well as on particular themes.
